ESSENTIAL ST. KITTS
Architecture, historic churches, colorful cottages, and the site of a former slave market. Your first stop is Romney Manor, a 17th-century sugar estate set amidst nearly 12 acres of landscaped gardens. Today, it is also home to Caribelle Batik, where artisans create hand-dyed fabrics using the intricate batik process—a tradition that continues to impress visitors from around the world.
Next, journey to the Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This 17th/18th-century fortress offers panoramic views of St. Kitts’ landscape, its coastline, and even five neighboring islands—making this the perfect photo opportunity. The adventure continues with a visit to the Frigate Bay area, where the Caribbean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean.
From here, enjoy views of the southeast peninsula and the island of Nevis, St. Kitts’ sister isle, before returning to your ship.
Please note: Guests are recommended to wear light comfortable clothing and shoes, high-factor sunscreen and to bring a camera
