BEACHES & BEVERLY HILLS

Take in the highlights of Los Angeles and the surrounding area on this half-day outing. From the pier, head to Rodeo Drive, the most exclusive shopping district in Beverly Hills.

After walking around with your guide and browsing the exclusive shops, we will head to Santa Monica and its famous amusement pier dating back to 1909. Enjoy the pier’s carnival-like atmosphere with a stroll along its almost 2000-feet length and some free time before heading back to the ship by bus at the appointed time.

TRANSFER TO UNIVERSAL STUDIOS

Get ready for the ultimate Hollywood experience! When it opened in 1964, Universal Studios Hollywood was an immediate hit with all the tourists who were flocking to Southern California to catch a glimpse of the glamorous world of Hollywood stars. Enjoy action-packed entertainment all in one place: thrilling Theme Park rides and shows, a real working movie studio, and Los Angeles’best shops, restaurants and cinemas at City Walk. Universal Studios Hollywood is a unique experience that’s fun for the whole family.

Please note: Price includes roundtrip transportation only. Enjoy approximately 3-5 hours of free time. In order to gain access to the parks, guests are required to visit Universal Studio’s website in advance to purchase park tickets and make a park reservation. Guests who plan to book tickets once onsite are advised that entry to the park may not be guaranteed due to park capacities that day. Park hours are subject to change and should be checked prior to booking this tour. On major holidays and high occupancy days, it is at Universal’s discretion when or if a park should close, regardless of having a pre-purchased ticket, based on maximum capacity. Depending on your ship’s arrival and departure time, the total tour duration may vary. Your guide will designate a time and place to rejoin your coach for the return to the ship.

Guests who miss the return transportation will be responsible for getting back to the ship on their own. Meals, entrance fees, and guide services are not included in the price of this tour. It is recommended that guests bring comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunglasses, and cash/credit cards

L.A. SHOPPING TOUR
An excursion tailor-made for the shopping addict, with stops in two of the largest shopping malls in Los Angeles.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for here, you won’t find it anywhere else. Our first stop on our shopping tour will be Fashion Island in beautiful Newport Beach, the second largest city in Orange County. The shopping mall was built in a Mediterranean style and opened its doors in 1967. We will then head to South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa for another couple hours’ shopping before heading back to the ship.

BEVERLY HILLS ON YOUR OWN

Embark on a journey to the iconic city of Beverly Hills, where you will have the opportunity to indulge in a little retail therapy along Rodeo Drive.

With lavish hotels and upscale stores, this two-mile stretch is known as the intersection of luxury, fashion, and entertainment. You can choose to treat yourself to a memento or two, or perhaps peruse the plaques embedded in the sidewalk, immortalizing fashion icons, on Rodeo Drive Walk of Style

LONG BEACH ON YOUR OWN

Design your own adventure and experience the city of Long Beach. During a short motorcoach transfer your escort will fill you in on the sights and history of the city. From the regal Queen Mary and spectacular Aquarium of the Pacific to the live music venues and hundreds of exclusive dining destinations. Your drop off point is nearby to shopping, restaurants as well as one of the top attractions of Long Beach – the Aquarium of the Pacific.

You will have approximately four hours to explore before making your way back to the ship

RODEO DRIVE AND LOS ANGELES

This tour begins at the port, where you’ll disembark your ship and join this fact-filled excursion through the highlights of the city. You’ll pass the Los Angeles Coliseum, the University of Southern California, the Museum of Natural History and through the Downtown Area of Los Angeles. Enjoy a stop at Olvera Street, one of the oldest streets in this city.

Here you’ll have time to stroll through the local Mexican handicraft shops and cafes. Upon departure from Olivera Street your drive takes you to Hollywood where you’ll have time to see the Dolby Theater home to the Academy Awards. Next, you’re on your way to Rodeo Drive and the shopping area of the rich and famous where you can have lunch on your own or do some shopping before making your way back to your ship
