Originally scheduled to sail in the Middle East from November 2026 to April 2027, MSC World Europa will now operate 7- and 14- night itineraries with embarkation in Fort-de-France (Martinique), Pointe-à-Pitre (Guadeloupe) and Bridgetown (Barbados) as well as calls to Castries (Saint Lucia) and Saint George (Grenada), Philipsburg (St. Maarten/ Netherlands Antilles), St. John (Antigua and Barbuda), Basseterre (Saint Kitts and Nevis) and Roseau (Dominica), Kingstown (Saint Vincent and the Grenadines).

This adjustment offers guests a perfect winter-sun experience in one of the world’s most desirable warm-weather destinations, while offering all the innovative features and next-generation guest experiences for which MSC World Europa is known.

The deployment change sees MSC World Europa replacing MSC Seaview, which will be redeployed to Brazil and Argentina for the Winter 2026/2027 season, further reinforcing MSC Cruises’ commitment to offering diverse choices across its global portfolio. MSC Seaview’s itinerary for South America will be available soon.

Guests booked on MSC World Europa for Winter 2026-2027 and their travel partners are being contacted directly and provided with clear, comprehensive information regarding their options, including the possibility to move their booking to another sailing or request a full refund.

Guests booked on MSC Seaview sailings from the French Antilles this coming winter will see no change to their itinerary, dates and overall cruise experience, with no action required from guests. This will mark MSC World Europa’s first season in the region – one of MSC Cruises’ most innovative ships, offering the latest onboard design and features.

MSC Cruises is revealing new details on The Harbour and Aqua Deck district on board its newest flagship, MSC World Asia, marking the next evolution of the brand’s family and outdoor entertainment experience.

Building on the successful debut onboard MSC World America, The Harbour will continue to serve as a thrilling outdoor park for families to play and dine from morning to night and will be the first Harbour for guests to enjoy in Europe.

The ship will also feature seven pools and 13 whirlpool baths, including two newly designed pools in the AquaDeck district – the outdoor Manila Bay pool and the indoor Coral Cove pool.

Beginning 4 December 2026, MSC World Asia will sail seven-night itineraries to some of the Mediterranean’s most sought-after destinations including Barcelona, Marseille, Messina, Civitavecchia for Rome, Naples and Valletta.

As the third ship in the line’s World Class series, which celebrates the beauty of world’s continents and oceans, reflecting the global nature of MSC Cruises, MSC World Asia will feature subtle design elements that reflect Asia’s rich culture, art, and landscapes.

MSC Cruises has opened sales for its award-winning MSC Yacht Club aboard MSC Musica and MSC Orchestra, offering guests the ultimate comfort and privacy while on holiday with keycard-only access to an array of private venues along with 24/7 personalised service.

The ships will be the latest in the cruise line’s fleet to undergo a major dry-dock refurbishment which will see the addition of the MSC Yacht Club, as well as two speciality restaurants – Butcher’s Cut, an authentic American-style steakhouse, and Kaito Sushi Bar, along with a newly refreshed MSC Aurea Spa, and an enhanced MSC Gym Powered by Technogym®.

MSC Cruises announced today upgrades to the MSC Yacht Club Restaurant across the line’s FantasiaClass ships, introducing a contemporary and elegant new design, with the experience already available on .

MSC Cruises has been undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment and upgrade programme across many of its ships – a significant investment in continuously modernising its fleet and enhancing the guest experience.

Many of these upgrades relate to the Line’s award-winning, all-inclusive luxury cruising concept, the MSC Yacht Club, which has been added to all four Musica class ships, and now with an enhanced MSC Yacht Club Restaurant on all four Fantasia class ships.

Guests sailing in the MSC Yacht Club will be able to enjoy these redesigned restaurants which will offer a fresh and elegant dining atmosphere. The new interior embraces a contemporary and refined aesthetic featuring a modern layout which incorporates darker tones, soft textures and sophisticated lighting, creating an intimate atmosphere. Vertical elements and subtle partitions add structure to the space, enhancing privacy while maintaining openness and fluidity, while panoramic sea views remain a defining feature.

MSC Cruises today announced that MSC Poesia will enter dry dock at Palumbo Malta Shipyard in Malta, marking the next phase of the cruise line’s ongoing investment in enhancing the guest experience across its fleet.

is the second ship from the line’s MSC Musica Class to undergo a major refurbishment at the Maltese shipyard, following sister ship MSC Magnifica, which left the shipyard in December.

The enhancements will introduce new premium spaces and experiences, combining elevated comfort with lively social venues, ahead of MSC Poesia’s debut season in Alaska in May 2026.

When the refurbishments are complete, MSC Poesia will feature an MSC Yacht Club, the brand’s exclusive “ship-within-a-ship” concept, offering 69 elegantly appointed suites, private amenities, and 24-hour butler service, along with two new speciality dining venues – Butcher’s Cut, an authentic American-style steakhouse, and Kaito Sushi Bar – inspired by the Far East where guests can savour expertly crafted sushi and exquisite authentic Asian dishes.

The enhancement will also include a newly designed MSC Aurea Spa and MSC Gym powered by Technogym®, complete with Gentleman’s Barber, various workout studios, and outdoor Aurea area and Top 15 Exclusive Solarium.

Refurbishment work is expected to be completed in April, in time for MSC Poesia’s Alaska season.

Earlier this month, MSC Cruises announced the expansion of its renowned MSC Yacht Club to two additional ships, MSC Musica and MSC Orchestra.

Once complete, these latest enhancements will mean all four vessels in the Musica class, MSC Poesia, MSC Magnifica, MSC Musica and MSC Orchestra, will have been upgraded to feature MSC Yacht Club.

From May through September 2026, will offer 7-night Alaska itineraries from Seattle, sailing to some of the region’s most iconic destinations.

Following her Alaska season, the ship will reposition to offer roundtrip Caribbean sailings from Miami during Winter 2026–2027, visiting destinations including Jamaica, Colombia, Costa Rica, Aruba, Curaçao, and Belize,before returning to Alaska in summer 2027 offering guests the opportunity to visit spectacular destinations including Ketchikan, Icy Strait Point, Tracy Arm, and Juneau (Alaska), along with Victoria (British Columbia, Canada)

MSC Cruises is taking entertainment at sea to the next level in 2026 with a refreshed programme for all ages.

This year, guests sailing with MSC Cruises will enjoy a range of brand-new and updated experiences across the fleet, from vibrant parties and interactive game shows to digital experiences and live music, there’s something for every type of traveller – including, in a world-first, AI-powered robot dogs from Unitree Robotics, currently being piloted on board MSC Bellissima in Asia.

New and enhanced experiences in 2026 include:

AI-powered robot entertainment: In a first for the cruise industry, MSC Cruises is piloting AI-powered robotic dogs, accompanied by humanoid robots, developed by Unitree Robotics on board select ships.

The initiative is already being tested on MSC Bellissima and will be available soon on both MSC Bellissima in Asia and MSC Magnifica during a segment of the World Cruise 2026.

Guests will enjoy meet-and-greets with the robots, robot-themed parade, interactive robotic workshops for children aged 7+ to introduce them to robotics and future technologies in a creative way and dance appearances during the cruise line’s Doremix Family Disco.

Updated shows, parties and live entertainment: Guest-favourite events return with a fresh new look in 2026, including a fully renewed ’70s Party rolling out fleetwide with refreshed music, upgraded costumes, and elevated interactive experiences.

20 New Big Band performances will debut on MSC Poesia, which will also feature the highly anticipated Dirty Dancing: In Concert. Meanwhile MSC Seaview and MSC Grandiosa will launch a complete refresh of its main production shows and guest favourite Paz, a popular Flamenco show, will make a return to MSC Meraviglia.

Dueling Pianos, popular with guests, will be introduced to MSC Seascape, along with a brand-new American Country Band experience, a live entertainment concept designed for country music enthusiasts.

Brand-new original MSC Cruises game shows: Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy two new original shows that are launching in 2026. Chart Toppers is a high-energy music game show celebrating the biggest hits from the 1970s to today, while Quiz O’Clock: The Battle is a competitive game-show experience, a twist on the line’s classic quiz show.

Professional Coaches expansion: Following a successful pilot, MSC Cruises’ Professional Coaches Programme, covering sports, wellness and arts and crafts, will expand to 15 ships in 2026, offering guests even more opportunities to stay active and try something new while at sea.

Expanded partnerships with leading global brands: MSC Cruises will be introducing its guest-favourite, the LEGO® Parade, onboard more ships, expanding the offering from seven to 14 ships in 2026. The popular parade, which brings seven LEGO® mascots together with MSC’s own mascot, Doremi, will be gradually rolled out to MSC Grandiosa, MSC Poesia, MSC Divina, MSC Seaside and MSC Seaview.

MSC Cruises today revealed new details about the shipwide artwork that will be featured on MSC World Asia, the line’s highly anticipated new flagship set to commence sailings in the Mediterranean from 4 December 2026.

The new state-of-the-art flagship is set to become the latest World Class ship to join the cruise line’s fleet, offering seven-night sailings to some of the Mediterranean’s most sought-after destinations including Barcelona, Marseille, Messina, Civitavecchia for Rome, Naples and Valletta.

Inviting guests to experience the Art of Cruising, MSC World Asia will include an emphasis on artworks throughout the ship, carefully curated to complement the ship’s subtle design elements that will reflect Asia’s rich culture, art and landscapes.

From an impressive large-scale art installation to striking sculptures, guests can look forward to an exciting range of new artworks while aboard, created exclusively for the ship.

Highlights of MSC World Asia’s new artworks on board include:

  • Dragon Sculpture: As previously announced, a striking stainless-steel dragon suspended from the ceiling 10 metres above the World Promenade will captivate guests. The 12-metre-long and nine-metre-wide sculpture adorned with nearly 700 mirrors and 3,000 LED lights will also illuminate in the evening on board MSC World Asia.
  • Indoor Pool – Large scale art installation: Guests will be welcomed to the indoor pool by an impressive art installation in the shape of a water droplet, widening towards the base to evoke a sense of lightness and fluidity. Designed by artist Elisabetta Milan, the installation measures 150 cm in width and 245 cm in height, making it a striking centrepiece of the space.
  • The World Promenade – Japanese Carps: The World Promenade will feature large-scale koi fish sculptures by David Harber, a UK-based artist renowned for over 30 years for his sculptures, sundials, and water features that blend artistic vision with precise engineering. Rich in cultural symbolism, the koi represent perseverance, strength, and transformation – qualities that align with the ship’s spirit of travel and exploration. Their flowing, organic forms echo the movement of the sea, connecting guests to both the surrounding waters and the rich traditions of the Asian region.
  • Artworks in the corridors: Each deck will feature artworks in the corridors inspired by ship’s deck names, which are titled after iconic cities in Asia, and will pay homage to the beauty, culture, and diversity of Asia.
  • Artwork in the cabins: The cabin artworks are designed to seamlessly integrate with the onboard experience, bringing guests into an immersive Asian-themed environment. The artworks celebrate the beauty of Asian landscapes, colours, and natural motifs, complementing the interior design and enhancing the overall cabin atmosphere.
  • Artworks by Hoan Phan: Vietnamese artist Hoan Phan will bring his bold and vibrant artworks on board MSC World Asia, which will be displayed in select areas of the ship. Mixing traditional inking techniques with digital rendering, he brings ideas to life with expressive line work and bold colours. Each piece tells a story, inviting guests to immerse themselves in moments of reflection, legend, and cultural heritage.​ Highlights include:
    • Mount Fuji Inspiration: Hoan Phan observed a swan building her nest with dry grass intertwined with a thick rope during a visit to Lake Kawaguchi. The unexpected contrast between natural and man-made materials inspired the artwork, capturing a moment of quiet observation and harmony between human influence and nature.​
    • Hồ Nguyệt Cô: Inspired by Vietnamese folklore and classical opera (Hát bội), Hoan Phan depicts a fox spirit who transforms into a human woman through devotion and perseverance, dreaming of finding true love.​
    • Hạ Long Bay: Hoan Phan’s artwork illustrates the legend of the Mother Dragon and her children turning pearls into islands to protect Vietnam from invaders. The piece celebrates resilience and the lasting imprint of mythology on the landscape of Hạ Long Bay.​
    • Southeast Asia: Hoan Phan highlights details from Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Thailand, reflecting the region’s enduring charm and rich cultural tapestry, capturing both its history and contemporary spirit.​
  • Artworks by Atelier Le Castel: Atelier Le Castel will create bespoke artworks for a wide range of onboard venues including La Dolce Vita bar, selected restaurants and cafés such as Bubbles, the theatre, and select areas of the MSC Yacht Club, along with custom artworks for the ship’s suites and cabins. MSC World Asia marks nearly three decades of collaboration between MSC Cruises and Atelier Le Castel.
  • Kaito Sushi Restaurant Artwork – The Kaito Sushi Restaurant on board will feature vibrant koi fish artwork by artist Raimondo Briata. Using the image of koi fish—symbols of resilience and transformation — the paintings explore journeys as a continuous state rather than a fixed destination. The works reflect the spirit of travel and exchange, mirroring the ship as a moving environment where energy, stories and cultures meet.

MSC Cruises today announced the expansion of its renowned MSC Yacht Club to two additional ships, MSC Musica and MSC Orchestra, further strengthening the cruise line’s commitment to offering elevated, personalised cruise experiences. Once complete, these latest enhancements will mean all four vessels in the Musica class, MSC Poesia, MSC Magnifica, MSC Musica and MSC Orchestra, will have been upgraded to feature MSC Yacht Club.

ITINERARIES

MSC Musica will sail in South America from November 2026 through April 2027, offering a range of cruises to Brazilian destinations, and eight- to nine-night holiday sailings to Buenos Aires, Montevideo, and Punta del Este over Christmas and New Year. The season concludes with a 16-night transatlantic crossing departing Santos on 1 April 2027 to Genoa.

MSC Orchestra will begin sailing with the new MSC Yacht Club from Bari, Italy from 13 March to 24 April 2027, exploring Türkiye’s iconic destinations including Izmir and Istanbul, with calls at Piraeus and Corfu, Greece.
