SIGHTSEEING & TROPICAL BEACH TOUR
Grenada’s capital is British in nature with the Carenage, a little harbour set in the hollow of an ancient volcano. This is your point of departure from where you launch yourselves in the assault of St George’s. It is a bit of a climb to reach the heights of Grenadian history; you are on your way to the panoramas that can be admired from Fort Frederick which overlooks the small capital.
Its ancient stones and rocks tell the tale of the culture shock between England and France in the old days. It stands dominant above the Caribbean Sea, offering a panoramic view of 360 degrees. Leaving Fort Frederick, you will reach the South Point of Grenada to a beach, where, with your feet in the water, your head below the sea grape trees and a rum punch in your hand, you will spend approximately two hours before returning to your ship.
Please note: Beach chair available for rent at an additional cost. Camouflage clothing is not permitted in Grenada
