Excursion Details
Depart directly from the pier to the renowned Pizzorno Winery in the southern region of Cuchilla Pereyra, north of Montevideo port. Upon arrival, experience the blend of historic 1910s buildings and modern facilities. Take part in a high-level cooking workshop, learning to make empanadas baked in a wood-fired oven and alfajores filled with dulce de leche, guided by expert chefs. Enjoy a tasting of six wines from the winery, perfectly paired with the treats prepared during the workshop. Return to the port, enriched by the flavours, aromas, and stories of this culinary experience.
